Experienced Line Cook w/ Banquet Experience.

Essential Functions:

Pre-prepare items required for the workstation according to par sheets or instructions from the executive chef and sous chef.
Prepare products assigned to his/her workstation during service.

Additional Responsibilities:

Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items required for line and special function purposes.
Carefully follow standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items.
Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturers' instructions.
Cleans workstation and equipment.
Returns unused food products to proper food storage areas.
Assists with the preparation of other food products on the serving line as needed.
Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures.
Returns soiled food preparation utensils and other small ware items to the proper areas.

Schedule:

Must be available for a variety of shifts including weekdays, holidays, weekends, and nights.

Education:

High school or equivalent. (Preferred)

Experience:

Restaurant experience: 1 year. (Preferred)
Banquet experience: 1 year. (Preferred)
